Payment Methods

Alpha UNLTD accepts payment via credit card, debit card, e-wallet (GCash and Maya), and Paypal.

My order is still pending. Where can I pay?

All payments must be completed within the time allotted by our payment gateway. Otherwise, the payment session will automatically refresh. If your order remains on “pending” status, please check out the same item and the previous one will be automatically voided.

Can you please give me a price for a customized order?

Alpha Unltd currently does not sell customized mousepads.

How much is the delivery fee?

Your shipping fee will be calculated based on your delivery address. Please make sure that the delivery address (together with your postal code) is correct and complete.

Can I still change my delivery address after placing an order?

Unfortunately, we are unable to change your delivery address to a different one after an order is placed. Make sure to check your details before placing an order.

Where is my order? My order hasn't arrived yet.

Please send an email to hello@alphaunltd.com if you haven’t received your order/s within 2-3 business days for Metro Manila orders, or within 8-15 business days for provincial orders.

I received a damaged product, what should I do?

If the item/s you received are damaged or not as you have ordered, please send us an email to hello@alphaunltd.com and our team will contact you as soon as possible.

Can I return my order if I mistakenly ordered the wrong item?

No. Change of mind is not a valid reason for replacement.
